Consort Care Centre
Consort Care Centre is located in Plymouth and is a 3-storey purpose built care home situated in a peaceful landscape and wheelchair accesible grounds. The home is registered for 56 elderly residents including both long and short stay rehabilitation, respite and convalescense, and provides care to perons suffering with physical frailty/disability or illness. Our cooks offer a choice of menu from which residents can make a selection. Specialist diets are catered for. There are always entertainments and activities, making the Home a warm and friendly environment.
